Protests: Protests concerning decisions of the referee in matters of the game will be denied. FYSA Bylaw/Rule 11 clearly indicates the intent and right to protest deals with rights to play and access the game. FYSA Rule 502 clearly states that the jurisdiction for a referee's actions resides with FSR. If a protest involving a referees actions is to be considered the case must first be heard by FSR and decided.
Reminder: All red cards carry minimum of one game and it is automatic, the judgement of the referee is final. Sanctions beyond one game are decided by the league or higher authority, based on referee report and additional sources.
If red card has not been served, person assessed the red card cannot play or coach
for any other team until the games are served with team red card received from!
