Procedure for schedule changes:
1. For Initial Home Game Time and Field updates:
A. Sign in to team page.
B. Under Event Registration History, Click on FLUGSA Regular Season U9-U14 2013
C. Click on Schedule Tab
D. On the Home Game you wish to update, click on the "Make Request" tab.
E. Fill out the new time and field location and click "Submit."
F. As long as the date is not changed,The Home Game time and field
will be updated and approved if submitted by October 30th. After October 30,
both teams must "APPROVE" any time or date changes for the update to occur.
FOR GAME DATE CHANGES, THE PROCEDURE IS THE SAME HOWEVER, BOTH
TEAMS MUST "APPROVE" THE CHANGE. ONLY THE "HOME TEAM" CAN
REQUEST A CHANGE IN THE SYSTEM. THEREFORE, IF YOU NEED TO CHANGE A DATE,
CONTACT THE OTHER CLUB REP VIA PHONE OR EMAIL,
WORK OUT THE CHANGE AND THEN HAVE THE HOME TEAM SUBMIT IN THE SYSTEM
AND THE VISITING TEAM WILL THEN "APPROVE" THE REQUEST.
ALL "APPROVED" CHANGES WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY UPDATED BY THE SYSTEM
